This machine is the ideal machine to slice the mushroom & different vegetables. Small SS tank is provide in the bottom of the machine from where water is pumped into the cutting section of the machine. Mushroom is feed into the hopper & then goes to cutting section. After slicing it comes out through the conveyor.
